AWP Schedule Coordinator
Division: Training Services Department

Qualifications/Requirements
Associate Degree in Business Administration or related experience/education in office practices, administrative support work, project management, and group dynamics. Experience may be substituted for education. The ideal AWP Scheduling Coordinator is: responsible; detail-oriented; versed in excellent customer service practices; dependable and professional; able to maintain good working relationships; possessed of highly effective oral and written communication skills; able and willing to learn new and varied skills; equally effective working independently as well as with a team. Background, experience or knowledge in some of all of the following areas is required:
o Coordinating/Organizing large, complex calendar/schedule systems
o Coordinating goal-oriented group efforts
o Large office copy systems
o Computer systems (data entry, word processing, databases, special reports, spreadsheets)
o Customer Service
Under the direct supervision of the V.P. of Enterprise Services, the AWP Schedule Coordinator is responsible to perform the following duties:
Scheduling/Coordinating 50%
o Responsible for maintenance of AWP calendar
o Process all training requests in accordance with AWP policy
o Lead the coordination and scheduling of AWP trainings and Webinars
o Assist with coordinating AWP Account Manager's calendars
o Assist in coordinating and scheduling CTS workplace training events
o Coordinate and provide support for AWP in house training sessions
o Provide communication support between clients and Trainers
o Provide communication support between clients and Account Managers
o Provide supplies and materials to Affiliate Trainers
o Provide support to clients or to any other seeking information about AWP training or AWP services
o Provide direct customer service backup to AWP account managers
Network Management 15%
o Recruit, select, and contract with approved AWP affiliate trainers, including: applications, resumes, recommendation letters, rate negotiation, offers of work opportunity, and contracts
Special Projects 16%
o Undertake special projects as directed by the VP of Enterprise Services or AWP Project Manager
o Ensure forward movement on assigned special projects through coordinating team effort
o Ensure accurate reporting of activities
o Keep program records, document field activities and all other required administrative reports in a timely manner
Billing/Processing 15%
o Process and verify Affiliate Trainer invoices through AWP in cooperation with the Accounting Department
o Prepare and maintain Purchase Orders based on contract fees and WAP Travel Policy for Affiliate training and reimbursement
o Prepare and maintain Purchase Orders for shipping supplies and materials to Affiliate Trainers
o Document activity reports for Affiliate Trainers in the WAPIS database
o Maintain filing system that is flexible, allows for growth, and is functional for department needs. Include the maintenance of hard copy filing system for Affiliate Trainer paperwork.
Meetings 4%
o Attend all scheduled meetings with AWP/CTS activity teams to increase job communication and receive assignments

AWP Account Manager
Qualifications/Requirements
A Bachelors degree from an accredited university in the area of business, human resources, human services or related field required.
- Ideally, will have a background or experience in the field of Health and Wellness.
- AWP seeks candidates with a demonstrated ability to market and sell services or products and is familiar with needs based selling.
- We are seeking an individual with customer service experience and the ability to self-manage, prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Background or training in project management is preferred. The ability to analyze and organize data and projects, manage multiple priorities, and present on a variety of personal, professional, and organizational topics would be beneficial.
- Extensive in- and out-of-state travel may be required.
CTS Trainer
Qualifications/Requirements
A Bachelors degree from an accredited university in the area of human services, social services, psychology, communication, or related field is preferred. Networking capabilities and sales experience helpful. Ideally, this candidate will be a licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), and/or a Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) and/or have years of direct training experience, curriculum certifications, and high level presentation design and presentation software skills.
Seeks candidates with a demonstrated ability to present to both small and large audiences from diverse backgrounds, as well as the ability to facilitate group sessions.
- Weight management and smoking cessation program experience, and experience with substance abuse, DOT substance abuse training, and/or counseling desired.
- Ability to self-manage, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentational, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Must demonstrate the ability to analyze and organize data and projects, manage multiple priorities
- Must be able to present on a variety of personal, professional, and organizational topics.
- Position will require learning, revising, and developing training curriculum.
- Position requires knowledge of adult learning principles.
- Intermediate to expert PowerPoint skill desired.
- Ability to take complex concepts and present them in an understandable and concise manner to diverse audiences.
- Ability to conduct needs analysis through conversation with potential customers concerning training.
- Ability to work independently, with little to no supervision, while at the same time being able to be a productive and collaborative team member.
- Must be able to deal with ambiguity and change.
- Extensive in- and out-of-state travel is required.
AWP Account Manager
Qualifications/Requirements
